Cash On Delivery Payment is made at the discretion of your Local Representative who may make arrangements for this method to be directly paid to them where personal delivery is made on receipt of items or in advance if delivery by courier. Q: Are Your Products Authentic? A: Yes, where sold as genuine and we guarantee it unless inspired items have been purchased, which are clearly stated prior and again at point of purchase. All of our new items are sent to us direct from Authorized Resellers. Sanitized invoices from the designer are emailed with every purchase upon receipt of payment as proof of authenticity. For new arrivals, the sanitized invoice will be emailed to you in approximately 3 weeks. Invoicing for new arrivals take 2-3 weeks to be entered into the system, however once processed, the copy of the sanitized invoice will be emailed. The quality and workmanship of the product also speaks for itself. There are certain markings as well as signature materials that are exclusive to a particular design house that cannot be duplicated.
We purchase our new merchandise from our own buyers at Sample Sales, Designer Discount events (for public and private viewing) Authorized Resellers ONLY who ship directly from both Europe and USA and provide sanitized invoices, which are from the design house with personal business information blocked out. Paperwork is also received from UK Customs. All our merchandise purchased via Style Exchange is guranteed 100% authentic.
All of our products come with care cards, authenticity cards, controlled cards and dust covers where applicable. An example of this would be the lesser priced Prada handbags which come with a plastic type bag for packaging but not the traditional white cotton Prada dustbag that comes with their higher priced items. Also you should be aware that in an effort to distinguish from the replica market, a designer will, at a moment's notice, change the care card or dust bag or both. An example of this would be Gucci. The traditional ebony (dark brown) silk Gucci dustbag with their GG monogram was replaced in the Spring/Summer 2007 with a lighter brown cotton flannel like dustbag. You may still purchase authentic items from the Fall/Winter 2006/2007 season with the darker brown silk dustbag but all newer styles now come with the newer lighter brown dustbag
Q: How Can You Sell Authentic Products At Discount? A: Combining personal direct sales and internet business we do not have the expenses of a physical store front boutique. We maintain our website, take our own photographs, package and ship our products(where applicable) There is no retail store front with rent or business rates to pay, utilities, security, payroll, additional insurances, advertisement, supplies, allowance for theft, etc. Not having this expense allows us to sell our products at a discounted price.
All of our products, sold as authentic, when not purchased by us come from Authorized Resellers, or directly from the design house but our cost does not have to include the expense of a store front business, which allows us to pass our savings on to you, our customers. We also attend design houses seasonal sales (both public & private) and Designer 'Sample Sales' - those who say they don't exist, have never been invited.
Q: What Material is Used? A: The material used is exactly the same as is used to manufacture the original products when inspired products are sold but without infringing the design houses trademark logo's, much the same as every high street shop is selling this season with their 'Chanel Tribute Chain Bag' and last seasons Marc Jacob Stam bag but higher quality and depending on the item, is mainly a combination of quality high level leather and coated canvas. Authentic items, of course purchased new or used, is the design house original material as the item is 100% authentic.
Q: Can I Have Delivery To A Different Address? A: Delortae Agency only delivers to a different address other than the billing address when paying by credit/debit card than that of the card holder at our discretion. Delivery normally is only made to the address of the card which was used to pay for the item. In cases where payment has been made via bank transfer,cheque,postal order,PayPal or Western Union, however we can deliver to a specified address.

Q: When Will My Order Be Delivered Or Shipped? A: Delivery Days & times may vary you will be advised by Local Representatives at point of sale. Your Representative will also advise courier details if transit by road is required. Shipping Unless otherwise notified, all orders will be shipped within 48 hours upon receipt of payment. Notification of shipping, along with tracking number and sanitised invoice of your purchase will be emailed to you.
